Selling Policy

Purpose

Our policies are designed to help create a fair and safe environment to host and attend events for all KaryaGram users. As a seller, you're responsible for regularly reviewing and complying with KaryaGram’s selling policies.

Legitimate Information

Organizers must provide accurate information to KaryaGram and our customers, and update the information if it changes. This means that you must use an official name that accurately identifies you or your organization and list your events accordingly.

Acting Fairly

You must act fairly and lawfully and may not misuse any service provided by KaryaGram. Examples of unfair activities include:

  • Providing misleading or inappropriate information to KaryaGram or our customers, such as by creating multiple detail pages for the same event or posting offensive event images or inappropriate details on the event page.
  • Manipulating people by using false information to captivate customers on events.
  • Artificially inflating web traffic using bots or paying for clicks.
  • Attempting to damage another organizer and/or their events.

KaryaGram holds the right to un-verify organizer account based on the behavior of organizers without any notice. KaryaGram also has the right to change event details if need be.

Verification Process

KaryaGram always tries to bring the best experience to both organizers and the audience. In order to do so, we will do thorough research when it comes to verifying an organizer. Organizers must be willing to provide all the information needed for our team to verify said organizer. The organizers will not be able to post any events without verifying their account with us.

Organizer Responsibilities

The organizers are responsible for maintaining their own events. It is highly encouraged to not share sensitive event information with others. We, the KaryaGram, have the right to cancel an event if we see it to be unfit for the audience. Be specific with where the event is being hosted. Once at least one ticket is sold for any event, the organizer will not be able to delete their event because the audience’s transaction will have gone through. When it comes to changes to events and event details, the organizers must find a way to notify their audience. That responsibility falls onto the organizers and not the development team.

Tax Responsibilities

The organizers are responsible for paying the tax for events. We have implemented the Square payment system and all matter of payments must go through Square team.
